High Street, Kirkcaldy

Acting on behalf of Magell Ltd, Northburn successfully delivered the sub division of a former Littlewoods department store into 2 new stores for New Look and Debenham’s Desire. Northburn acted as commercial and development consultant to Magell and project managed the redevelopment works. The landlord’s works completed in September 2006 with both retailers opening for Christmas trade.
