Northburn is retained by New Look as Development Manager on this major £75million mixed use project to redevelop its 35 acre head office site following the relocation of its distribution centre to the Midlands. Northburn provides commercial and development advice to New Look and leads the team of consultants and other advisors.

The scheme comprises over 345,000 sq ft of development including new offices for New Look, retail warehousing, a business park plus budget hotel, doctors’ surgery and new facilities for the fire and ambulance services. This is a prominent gateway site to Weymouth and access will be further improved by the opening of a new £77 million link road due for completion in 2011 as Weymouth prepares to host the sailing events as part of the London 2012 Olympics.

The planning application was approved in August 2007 and site works are expected to commence in summer 2008.
