Northburn is retained by New Look as its Development Manager on this £75 million project to redevelop its 35 acre Weymouth site. Northburn provides commercial and development advice to New Look and leads the team of consultants and other advisors.

In April 2011, we secured planning consent for a major mixed use scheme to include a new 60,000 sq ft office for New Look, a 77,000 sq ft food superstore (site now sold to Sainsbury’s), an 80 bedroom hotel and family restaurant (site now sold to Whitbread) as well as various other employment uses. The new £77 million Weymouth Relief Road now directly links into the site, building works are underway on New Look’s new offices and we intend to have the first phases of development open in summer 2012 when Weymouth hosts the Olympic sailing events.
