Inverurie Retail Park

Northburn acquired a town centre site and secured an unrestricted detailed planning consent for a 96,000 sq ft retail park in March 2007. The scheme will be anchored by Homebase, Aldi, Argos and Acorn Pets with units under offer to Halfords and Currys.

Inverurie is Scotland’s fastest growing town and the retail park forms an integral part of the town’s expansion including infrastructure improvements, over 1,200 new homes, primary school, employment land and a riverside recreation park with football pitches.

The retail park is programmed to open in spring 2009.
