In partnership with West Coast Estates, Northburn acquired this neighbourhood shopping centre in December 2007. The scheme comprises 6 unit shops adjacent to an Asda superstore and offers numerous asset management opportunities. The current tenants include the Ashvale Restaurant, Blockbuster, Ardene House Vets, a dry cleaners, All Ways Travel Agents and hairdresser. The Bridge of Don suburb is Europe's largest privately owned housing estate and Jesmond Drive sits at its heart alongside two schools, a nursery, medical centre and community centre.
